Checklist Survey
Greet the customer courteously and be professional at all times.
Document all symptoms while talking with the customer
Fix the entire PC and not just the one fault.
Keep the customer informed about what is going on.
Return the property as soon as possible.
If possible, return the property in like new condition.
Don't assume that the customer doesn't know what they are talking about.
Explain to the customer what was found, and done to correct the problem as well as ways to prevent a reoccurrence.
